At Texas Glam and Plants, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality plants and jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at support@txglam.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered to you.

Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:

  • Jewelry (including handmade jewelry)
  • Plants (except in cases of defects or damage)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, trees, soil, or plants)
  • Custom products (including special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you alter the packaging, soil, or repot the plant, there will be absolutely no exceptions, and you will forfeit the option for a refund.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

4. Exchanges

Because plants are perishable, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted for sale items, clearance items, last-chance items, or gift cards.
  • If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of an item for a refund or need further assistance, please contact us at support@txglam.com.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email support@txglam.com and include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear, close-up photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request

We will evaluate your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
