Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you alter the packaging, soil, or repot the plant, there will be absolutely no exceptions, and you will forfeit the option for a refund.
